Have these tires on my Honda Fit and got a set for the better halfs Vibe because I was so impressed with the snow traction last winter. Any tire is good in dry and wet, but snow is where the rubber meets the road, hopefully.

I only have a couple thousand miles on these tires. Replaced a set of Kuhmo that didn't wear well and lost traction in wet conditions (scary). The new tires are quiet and have great dry and wet road grip. I hope they continue to perform as well as previous Bridgestone tires that I've had.

I am very pleased with the product and with the dealer. The tires before these were SO LOUD! I can't even tell I'm moving anymore. And the handling is incredible. I would definitely buy from these again!

Have put about 2,000 miles on these tires. No apparent change in fuel economy from the OEM Dunlops they replaced, perhaps the change of seasons has offset any improvement. They ride and handle well, including through 3-4" of snow. No noticeable change in road noise from OEMs.

Installed these tires after some damage to the EOM tires. Rather than replace a pair, I opted to replace all 4 with the Bridgestone Ecopia -- what a difference! The ride is much quieter and the road feel is greatly improved; I feel more connected to the road and the car feels much more lively and responsive. The best part is that, even with brand new tires, I noticed a minor improvement in gas mileage (up to 58mpg) with the Ecopia. As they continue to break in, I hope to break the 60 mark. I would absolutely purchase these tires again (and I would do so from TireBuyer - great price/promotion, fast turnaround on shipping, and availability of a somewhat-hard-to-find tire/size)

Overall Ecopia EP422 is a good tire, but please don't expect a big improvement in terms of MPG (e.g. For my Civic Hybrid, on average I am seeing about 3 MPG higher than my previous Toyo set). The EP422 is also not cheap comparing with other non-ECO tires. However, its road noise is min, and as an Eco tire, it handles 'okay' in both dry and wet conditions.

Poor tires

A very easy riding tire but single-handedly the worst set I have ever owned for wear. This set is two years old and only has 18,000 miles on them and is already to the wear bars and needs to be replaced on all four tires. The tires have been rotated every time the oil is changed and still the tires have wore out long before their expected miles. Very Disappointed.

I would NEVER purchase these tires again. Maybe they're good for other cars, but NEVER, EVER, EVER buy them for a Mercedes. When I bought them, I was looking for something that was all-weather, and something that would maximize gas mileage (since MB's gas mileage is terrible). When I found these tires, I was initially concerned that they would not be sturdy enough to handle my car's frame. However, I found reviews from other Mercedes owners saying that they had no problems with these tires, and that they carried well. Those HAVE to have been made up.
These tires are supposed to be good for 60-65K miles. After about 10-12K miles, mine started letting out air. I'd fill them up and within about 2 weeks, they'd be visibly low on air (sometimes to the point where it looked like I had a flat tire!). This was especially a problem in the summer. I held on to them for two years (because I was a broke grad student) and was saving up for new tires before the end of the year when one of them blew out this weekend. Only 30K miles in, rotated regularly, and no other issues with the car. I had not run over any nails or anything else to cause the tire to pop; it just blew out. Inspecting the other three, a second one was ready to blow, too.
Bottom line: never buy these for a Mercedes. It's the biggest waste of time and money you'll ever spend on your car.

These tires are not for a high end car like a Merc, they are more of a Civic, Corolla tire. Doh.

CHECK Again
on November 11, 2013
It sounds to me that you need to check the tire rims on you car. They could be rusting or have erosion on them and that is what caused the air to leak out. This would not be caused by new tires.

I bought these tires to replace some Michelins on my 2004 Prius. The Michelins did indeed last a long time, but these Ecopia tires are so much quieter and give such a smooth ride. I have only driven about 100 miles on them so far, but I can also already see a difference in my MPG. (I could not rate the hydroplaning resistance because I have not had the opportunity to drive through standing water yet.)

The Ecopia tires I purchased for my Dodge Stratus 2005 were the right fit for the right price. Free shipping and total cost including mail-in rebate was a factor in purchasing. The tires arrived within a respectable amount of time. Although I am selling the car shortly the bridgestone name and quality will help with re sell value. I will look forward to doing business again as long as I receive the rebate, free shipping and decent tire for a fair price.
Thank you<

We just took a 3500 mile trip out to Colorado and Arizona and installed new tires just before leaving. The OEM tires that came with the Insight were completely worn out at 36,000 miles. I've bought several Bridgestone tires and have never been disappointed. Drove in rain going up and down mountains on the interstate and car felt very stable. Overall feel of car is vastly improved. These tires should last far longer than the originals and hopefully will perform well throughout their life.

These tires are miles above the OEM that came with the vehicle. Very happy with the purchase - they are much quieter as well. I have not noticed any difference in fuel economy but it's possible in warmer weather there might be a slight difference (temperatures have dropped to 30s F and mileage is consistent with this time of year). Love the ride of the tires though and the life/warranty rating on the tires is hard to beat.
